The power of music

I listen to too much music. I blow my eardrums out, but it's all worth it. It is because the meanings of the lyrics cushion my blown eardrums. I may soon bleed out through my ears, but I will be smiling.

^That was just a visual of how much I enjoy listening to music, even though it is so true that because of music, my hearing got terrible.^

Anyways, it is amazing how a composer or a songwriter create a song from literally nothing. Music is a combination of sounds and words.

There is a variety of beats, melodies, words, and instruments. To have a song form from just a bit of that drum and a bit of that bass and a bit of that poetic paragraph is to do the impossible.

And with this being a diverse world, there are much more unheard of music and lyrics. I have listened to several other languages. I enjoy Vietnamese pop music, Korean pop music, and various genres of music other than pop itself.

There are songs for every mood. The power that music has is unbelievable. Music can set the mood. If you know what I am rambling on about. Music can change your mood from a bad day to a good night. Music can help your body loosen up. Music can help connect people. Music can help one understand another.

For an artist to create their own music, it shows the artist himself or herself of course. And as for me and others, those who just listen to music for the sheer joy of it, the music or even specific songs can tell another a lot about someone.
